Oxford Road

We were instructed by our client to manage and deliver internal refurbishment works of the two office buildings of approximately 5,500 square metres internal floor area. The fast track project was completed within two months.

Through careful design and planning William Martin transformed narrow dull 1980’s communal corridors into an open planned environment incorporating a glazed faceted reception lobby. This not only enhanced the appearance of the office but also increased the nett lettable floor area by 30 square metres.

The refurbishment of the two buildings also incorporated part of the ground floor offices which were previously occupied by our client.

The additional refurbished areas were accommodated within the original scheme and the works were completed within time and within budget.
